Welcome back to part 2 of the Overalls dress CAL (crochet-along)

In part 2 of the CAL we will be learning how to make the top section/bib of our Overalls dress. You get to chose the shape that you would like your bib. You can chose to have it with a straight sided or one that gets wider.
