Hello and welcome to another blog post, thank you for visiting :)
Recently I want to make a tassel for a shawl I have recently finished, I didn't add any edging so i though I think it needs a tassel to give it some oomph. I searched YouTube and I couldn't find one that was fancy enough, do not get me wrong there are plenty of great tassel tutorials but not like I wanted
I saw a friend of mine Karen making some a while back at my crochet group. Next time I went to crochet group Karen was making a tassel, was this fate? I quickly walked over to Karen and said you have to teach me how to make them :) (there had been a class a few weeks before where Karen taught others to make them, but I was busy that weekend and missed out)
I took me 3 goes to feel comfortable with holding the strands and tying the knot correctly, but I wasn't going to let some yarn and a knot defeat me !
You know me, if i make something crochet or yarn related I have to share with you all
Hope you enjoy them and I bet you wont stop at one :)
