You can use up scraps that you have collected over the year or plan your project. Either way your Granny blanket will look fabulous.

The idea for this tutorial is to wait until Christmas Eve when you have a spare 10 minutes (or hopefully longer) to sit down and catch your breath before the chaos of Christmas Day starts. You can join in when ever you like and if you can not wait until Christmas Eve you can start yours now.

I wanted a community project that we could all feel connected all over the world no matter what we have planned and work on the same project and share yarn ideas, works in progress and the feeling of love that I feel at the end of every year. I hope you can join us and I look forward to seeing your creations.
