Lets do it Granny Style !

I think I may be addicted to the granny stitch .......ok let me rephrase that..... I am addicted to the granny stitch :) :)  Its an easy and versatile stitch that can be used on many projects. It's as easy as putting 3 double crochets into the same space :) Below are my projects created with the granny stitch. The blue and grey RECTANGLE corner to corner scarf can be used to make any size afghan or blanket and is great for using up left over yarn. I love rainbows and when I designed this shawl I couldn't resit using all the pretty colors. The hat is made up of a granny square and is easy peasy. Corner to corner afghans are all the rage at the moment and the corner to corner SQUARE granny is perfect for gifts for the whole family. Last but not least the granny stitch slippers can also be made for the whole family, there are sizes from newborn all the way up to large adult.
