Welcome to the crochet Jessica Shawl CAL (crochet-a-long) !
Friday 16th February at 12 midday Australian Sydney time (AEST) will be the release of the written pattern and the tutorial for the main body of the shawl
Friday 2nd March at 12 midday Australian Sydney time (AEST) will be the 2nd and 3rd part of the tutorial. The 2nd video will teach you how to crochet the edging and the 3rd will teach you how to wash and block your shawl. The blocking video is extra special because I will teach you how to use blocking wires and T-pins. Blocking wires are fabulous and a great tool to use for blocking shawls.
I am also excited to show you the new Red Heart yarn Chic Sheep by Marly Bird and it is 100% Merino and is so soft and squishy giving the shawl a fabulous drape Rated as a easy+ pattern, you will need to know how to read your crochet
I hope you can join us for the CAL and I can not wait to see your shawls

Hi! My name is Clare and I am the voice behind Crochet with Clare YouTube channel, a place where you can learn to crochet. I love teaching crochet and even after 12 years, I still can't believe I get to do this every day! I have met many wonderful people through crochet, many of which have become great friends. I hope your crochet journey is as enjoyable as mine.
